There should be no compensation for doing something that you signed up for and if you are receiving scholarships with all the extra commodities such as free shoes, clothes, etc. that should be all you need. If you are struggling, academics should come first and you should not be involved with athletics. Appreciate the feedback.. I actually agree with you on everything.. Some schools do lose money/time through their athletics.. I guess their would need to be some sort of "bracket" that would separate the schools/teams/etc.. Also what about the schools who actually lose money on these programs operation?
